WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL – FUTURE HEALTHCARE GROUP


Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law provides, inter alia, for the mandatory adoption of whistleblowing channels and whistleblower protection measures establishes, inter alia, the mandatory adoption of whistleblowing channels and measures for the protection of whistleblowers.

Among the obligations contained in the referred legislation is the need for companies with more than 50 employees to establish internal whistleblowing channels.

Through this whistleblowing channel, all those who have a relationship with the FH Group can lodge complaints and have them followed up in a secure manner.

This channel is shared by the entire FH Group and is available to all employees of the various group companies.

This guarantees the completeness, integrity and preservation of the complaint, the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the complainants (when this method is chosen) and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the complaint, preventing access by unauthorized persons.

Reports can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously.

Through this channel you can make a new complaint safely or follow up on a complaint that has already been made.
