The Future Healthcare Group's (FH Group) Whistleblowing Channel was developed to give voice and allow the reporting of alleged violations of legal issues, namely those contained in Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019, as well as the Code of Ethics and Conduct and all internal policies of the FH Group.
Through this whistleblowing channel, all those who have a relationship with the FH Group can file complaints and follow up on them.
This channel is shared by the entire FH Group and is available to all employees of the various companies of the group, as well as the various jurisdictions where we operate.
This channel guarantees the accuracy, integrity and conservation of the complaint, the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the whistleblowers (when they choose this modality) and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the complaint, preventing access by unauthorized persons.
Complaints can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously.
Through this channel you can make a new report safely or follow up on a report that has already been made.
