This platform is the internal reporting channel. The internal channel is a secure electronic reporting channel where you can report on breaches of EU law that you have become aware of in your workplace.
In the Reporting Policy, which is posted on the company's website, you will find detailed information about the persons and the type of violations that fall within the scope of the law.
It is possible to submit a report confidentially by providing your name and contact information or to submit the report anonymously. You can read more about the two possibilities in the “Confidentiality and Anonymity” section.
Through this page you can create a secure report or track an existing report.
Keeping track of your reports is important for several reasons:
1) To see the status of your report to check if there have been any further developments.
2) To add additional information to your report.
3) In order to provide further information or clarifications, the persons responsible for receiving and/or monitoring the report will request from you.
