Integrity, compliance with laws, internal regulations and the principles of our Code of Conduct for Business Partners have the highest priority at in-tech. To ensure compliance with these values and to avoid or minimise possible risks from violations, it is crucial that misconduct is identified, clarified and remedied at an early stage. We rely on your willingness to point out possible irregularities and violations in case of concrete suspicion.

You have the opportunity to use the whistleblower system to submit information about reasonable suspicions, knowledge of actual or possible violations of applicable law, and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to occur. In addition, you can report unethical conduct or conduct that violates internal policies.

Reports can be made either with your contact details or 100% anonymously. All reports, whether anonymous or not, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and protection.

You can view the status of your report to check if action is being taken.
You can add further information to the report.
The whistleblower has requested additional information from you that is necessary to resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
