Who can file a report?
As an employee or person with a connection to Westwing, you can anonymously report violations that are subject to penalties or fines, for example.
What can I report?
You can report information about reasonable suspicions, knowledge of actual or potential violations, and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to be committed. In addition, you may report unethical conduct or conduct that violates policies.
Typical personnel issues (e.g., general dissatisfaction with supervisors or the company) should not be reported in this system. Instead, these should be discussed with your direct supervisor, company management or the HR department.
How can I report?
Reports can be made via this channel either with your contact details or 100% anonymously. All reports will be treated as strictly confidential. If you are affected by the reported issue yourself, but still want to submit an anonymous report, please make sure that the information or documents provided do not reveal your identity.
The message recipients may request additional information from you that is necessary to solve the problem or take appropriate action.
What happens to my report?
Your report will be forwarded to one or more persons. The name of the person or persons will be listed before you send your report. You can "deselect" individual persons from this list so that they do not receive the message.
You will receive a response to your report within the following seven (7) business days. Depending on the circumstances, the feedback will not automatically be a clarification of the circumstances, but the next steps, for example. You will receive a final report within the next six (6) months at the latest.
