Welcome to Sinful's whistleblower scheme.
In Sinful's whistleblower scheme you are able to submit confidential or anonymous reports about violations of Danish law, EU law, or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of internal policies. This scheme must be used to bring matters to light which would otherwise not have come to Sinful's knowledge.
Under "Whistleblower policy" you will be able to read which cases can be reported in the scheme. HR-related matters cannot be reported in this system but must instead be addressed to your immediate manager or the HR-department.
You can submit report in two ways:
Anonymously: You do not reveal your identity with personal information. You will be able to follow up on the case by saving the code you will receive when submitting your report.
Confidentially: You provide certain contact information. Your caseworker is subject to confidentiality regarding the report.
All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely - regardless of whether you have chosen to be anonymous or confidential.
From this page you are able to create a new secure report or follow up on an existing report. Follow-up on your reports can be relevant for several reasons:
1) You want to see the status of your report to check if action is being taken.
2) You want to provide additional information for your report.
3) The caseworkers may request additional information from you to resolve the issue or take the appropriate action.
When you have submitted a report, we would recommend that you follow the case and log in within 7 days of the reporting date for the caseworkers to be able to get answers to any in-depth questions about the submitted report.
