At Greenyard, we strive to provide a safe and ethical working environment for all our employees. Therefore, it is important to know when there is any illegal, unfair or abusive behaviour within the Greenyard organisation.


If you are aware of or strongly suspect a situation that is not OK, we encourage you to report it: speak up!


Be sure to include as much detail as possible about the situation:


- A description of the event and how it came to your attention;

- The date and place of the event;

- The names of the people involved, or information enabling their identification;

- The names of any witnesses;

- Any other information that may help us verify the facts.


You can file your complaint confidentially (anonymously if you prefer that). We take every report seriously and investigate it carefully. We provide protection against any form of retaliation for employees who reports misconduct in good faith.
