WITTMANN TECĀ GROUP GmbH Compliance Portal (Whistleblower Portal)

What can be reported via the Compliance Portal (Whistleblower Portal)?
Via the Compliance-Portal (Whistleblower-Portal)
you can anonymously report any misconduct and any violation of legal or internal requirements.
You can submit information about reasonable suspicions, knowledge of actual or potential violations, and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to occur. In addition, you may report unethical conduct or conduct that violates internal policies.
Personnel matters cannot be reported in this system. Instead, these should be discussed with your direct supervisor, the General Manager or the Human Resources Department.
How can a report be made via the compliance portal (whistleblower portal)?
Reports can be made both with your contact details and 100% anonymously. Whether and to what extent you disclose your name or other personal data is entirely at your discretion. The reporting portal enables two-way communication with the WITTMANN Group even if anonymity is maintained. After sending a message, you will receive a link and a password, thus enabling further communication and thus the sharing of additional information. Even in the context of continued communication, it is not necessary at any time to register or otherwise disclose personal information. Your anonymity is guaranteed throughout the reporting and processing process. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and protection.
What happens to your report?
Every report is taken seriously and subjected to an initial assessment. If this initial review reveals that it is a compliance-relevant report, the Compliance department initiates an appropriate investigation. Especially in such a situation, further communication between the whistleblower and the compliance department is of central importance. The compliance portal (whistleblower portal)allows upright communication while maintaining anonymity. This not only ensures that further information is obtained by the Compliance Department, but also enables the whistleblower to be informed of the status and outcome of the investigation at any time, if desired.
Please note that we want to remain fair! Any abuse (deliberate false reporting and/or defamation) is also misconduct and constitutes a violation, this may possibly result in disciplinary and legal consequences.
