As a Belgian company, we find it very important to conduct our business in an ethical and honest manner. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics reflects this focus and is also available on our website. (A seperate Code of Conduct for suppliers can be found here)
We encourage everyone to share any violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, or in respect of tax fraud, social fraud or any other violation of European or Belgian law.
We understand that making a whistleblower report is not an easy decision. This confidential reporting channel can be used to facilitate this process. Your report will be handled initially by the Whistleblowing Committee, consisting of HR, legal and the GM of Belgium. As a company, we do take violations seriously and will investigate every report thoroughly. When the report is deemed justified, an internal investigation will be conducted, involving the necessary people within the company regarding the reported violation.
The identity of the whistleblower will be protected in accordance with the Belgian Act as described in our whistleblowing policy.
