By using the whistleblower channel, you can create a new report, follow up on an existing report or make an oral report. All reported suspicions and personal data relating to a report are always handled with strict confidentiality and secrecy.
It is possible to make a report anonymously. However, we would prefer you to report transparently by providing your name and your contact details. A transparent report will facilitate our investigation. Confidentiality is applied also when the reporting person discloses his/her own identity.
Your case will be handled in accordance with the Whistleblower Act* if it concerns suspected irregularities regarding breach of EU or national law and you are included in one of the following categories:
Work-based relationship means
employees
persons inquiring about or seeking work
persons seeking or performing volunteer work
persons seeking or completing internship or trainee
persons otherwise available to work or working under a company’s supervision and direction
self-employed persons seeking or performing assignments
persons available to enter or belonging to a company’s administrative, management or
supervisory body
shareholders
persons that previously held a position listed above and acquired information during the workbased relationship which has since ended
Follow-up on your case
A follow-up on your case can be relevant for several reasons:
- You want to know status of your report to see if actions are taken.
- You want to add information to your report.
- Recipient / processor of your report has requested additional information from you in order to solve
the problem or take appropriate actions.
