Alandsbanken Funds Ltd Whistleblowing
By using the whistleblower channel, you can create a new report, follow up on an existing report, or make a verbal report. All reported suspicions and personal data linked to a report are always handled strictly confidentially and classified as confidential.
It is possible to make a report anonymously. However, we would like you to report openly by providing your name and contact details. An open report facilitates our investigation. Confidentiality also applies in cases where the identity of the whistleblower is disclosed.
If you are an employee or have another work-related relationship with Alandsbanken Funds Ltd, and your report concerns suspected misconduct relating to a breach of EU or national law, your case will be handled in accordance with the Whistleblower Act *.
A work-related relationship is defined as:
employees
persons making an inquiry about or looking for work
persons looking for or performing volunteer work
persons applying for or completing an internship
persons who are otherwise available to perform or are performing work under the control and direction of an operator
self-employed persons who are looking for or performing assignments
persons available to be or part of a companys administrative, management or supervisory body
shareholders
persons who have been in one of the categories above and have received or obtained the information during this time with the business.
Monitoring your case
A follow-up on your report may be relevant for several reasons:
1. You want to see the status of your report, to see if action is being taken.
2. You want to add additional information to your report.
3. Report recipients/Reporting officers have requested additional information from you, in order for them to resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
