Ethics Channel 

Through this channel you can report improper or illegal conduct or conduct that violates our organisation's Code of Ethics https://www.intramundana.com/nosotros/compromiso/. This channel operates as a communication channel that ensures NO REPRESSALISATION for its use, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption. 

Through this channel, you can draw attention to offending situations either in a confidential manner, indicating your name and contact information, or, if you wish, completely anonymously. You can also choose to communicate in writing or orally (the latter with voice distortion). All enquiries are handled in complete security for the informant.

Issues not related to the Code of Ethics.

Human resources issues that are not related to our Code of Ethics, such as, for example, those related to the reporter's working conditions and/or interpersonal conflicts, should not be reported through this channel but should be discussed directly with your superiors and/or the human resources department, who are always at your disposal.

 (3) In case the system managers ask you for additional information that may help them to investigate/resolve the reported case.
