THE WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM OF AL SYDBANK
AL Sydbank’s internal whistleblower system is designed to allow you to confidentially report serious violations of the law and other serious matters that you have become aware of in the course of your work at or for AL Sydbank, Syd Fund Management, AL Finans, or the former banks Arbejdernes Landsbank, Sydbank, and Vestjysk Bank.

If you are a customer and wish to file a complaint, please contact AL Sydbank’s legal department instead.

If you have been a victim of fraud - for example, where unknown individuals have gained access to your debit card or account - please call +45 7010 7879 or visit the bank’s website for further information.

The whistleblower system is an option when the direct, day-to-day escalation channels between employees and managers, HR, Compliance, occupational health and safety representatives, etc., are insufficient or unsuitable. The whistleblower system can also be used when anonymity is deemed necessary. Please read more about this under “Anonymity” above.

The whistleblower system can be used to report violations of certain laws and suspected violations. You can also report other serious matters, such as harassment or other serious interpersonal conflicts in the workplace. Please see more examples under “What can be reported” above.

Following up on your report may be relevant for several reasons:

You want to check the status of your report.
You wish to provide additional information regarding your report on your own initiative.
The whistleblower unit has requested additional information from you to clarify the reported matter.

When you want to follow up on your report, you’ll need the code you receive when you submit the report. We therefore encourage you to save this code.
