What is the purpose of the Whistleblower Channel?
The Whistleblower Channel, being a part of INERCO's Compliance Policy, aims to provide a means to report potential violations of regulations in which INERCO is involved or suspected breaches of our Code of Ethics, for any person associated with INERCO (employee, supplier, customer, or related third party).
By means of the Whistleblower Channel, the INERCO Group also complies with 2/2023 Spanish Law.
What can be communicated through this Channel?
Reasonable suspicions, indicating knowledge of actual or potential violations, and attempts to conceal such violations (whether committed or likely to be committed) may be reported. Unethical conduct of which you become aware may also be reported.
The Channel should not be used as a Suggestions Box, nor is intended as a way to communicate errors in the operation of facilities, disagreements with decisions made by INERCO members, or to propose specific actions. Alternative channels,
such as info@inerco.com or the Employee’s Portal, are available to that end. How does it work?
The information is submitted by filling in the available form. You can choose to do so anonymously or you can provide your contact details. In both cases, the information will be treated in the strictest confidentiality.
A tracking number will then be generated, allowing you to follow the progress and add additional information or documents if needed.
The information provided will only be passed on to Corporate Channel Manager who will request additional information through the same via. Acknowledgement of receipt will be issued within 7 calendar days.
Only if the facts may be indicative of a criminal offence is it foreseen that the information will be forwarded to the competent authority.
The Channel is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7).
