EEW Group Whistleblower Channel
Clarify violations with our whistleblower system
EEW Group does not tolerate any violations subject to criminal penalties or fines, as well as conduct that violates the Code of Conduct. This includes in particular any unauthorised conduct in the area of data protection, corruption, cartel law and money laundering prevention. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees and managers.
We will investigate all indications of potential and past violations of regulations, attempt to clarify the violation and then take follow-up measures to exclude violations of this kind in the future. This will all be done in accordance with the provisions of data protection, labour law and any co-determination laws.
What is a violation?
A violation is, in particular, any conduct that violates the law subject to criminal penalties and fines and is caused intentionally or negligently during the performance of professional activities for our company. Our Code of Conduct and the laws mentioned therein provide guidance in this regard.
Mere complaints from employees or customers do not constitute information in the sense of the whistleblower system. You are welcome to send such notifications to the following e-mail address: info@eew-group.com.
How can you submit a tip?
If you become aware of reasonable suspicions that point to a violation of regulations, you have various options for reporting them.
First of all, we encourage all whistleblowers to confide in the EEW Group's internal officer. In addition, this web-based whistleblowing system with a confidential or anonymous procedure is also available to you to point out possible serious incidents. Data protection is guaranteed during the transmission and processing of the information. We maintain the identity of the whistleblower for all information forwarded to us.

What should notices look like?
In order for the tip to be processed properly, certain information must be included in the report to the whistleblowing system to record the facts of the case. This essentially includes who is accused of the violation, what the person did, when the incident occurred, how this specifically happened and where the whole thing happened.
Afterwards, you should at best be available for further questions so that the facts can be fully recorded.
Reporting a whistleblower does not incur any costs or suffer any labour law sanctions or other consequences. However, it should be noted that in the case of clearly recognisable and intentional damage to the reputation of the company and/or individuals, the anonymisation of the data can be lifted in order to report this.
How does the web-based reporting channel work?
You can create a new secure report or follow up on an existing report on this page. Following up on your report may be relevant for a number of reasons:
1. View status
You can view the status of your notification to check whether action is being taken.
2. Additions
You can add further information to the report.
3. Queries
The system administrator has requested additional information from you that is necessary to solve the problem or take appropriate action.
What is the procedure?
After you have submitted your report via our system or another reporting channel, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days. In the following, the facts of the case will be examined. It may be necessary to clarify further questions with you in order to fully record the case. This can be done anonymously, securely and quickly using this software. Our goal is the successful clarification of the incident. To do this, it may be necessary to question employees and to look through documents or e-mails. Once the case has been solved, measures can be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. As a whistleblower, you will then receive feedback on the procedure or at the latest three months after receipt of your report.
