The DOGA Group provides all employees, executives, directors, collaborators, and other stakeholders of the company with the Whistleblower Channel, through which they can report any information they become aware of regarding possible irregularities, acts contrary to legality, or violations of the company's internal regulations. This Channel complies with the characteristics and requirements established in Law 2/2023, dated February 20th, which regulates the protection of individuals reporting regulatory breaches and fighting against corruption.

All communications made through this Channel are confidential. However, anonymous reporting is also allowed. Whistleblowers are protected, and no reprisals or negative consequences will be tolerated for individuals reporting in good faith. Additionally, any investigation into the reported matter will be conducted objectively, discreetly, and diligently by a company executive.

To ensure confidentiality and, if necessary, the anonymity of the whistleblower, the DOGA Group utilizes an external platform managed by a specialized provider called Whistleblower Software, which is hosted on a secure external server. Policy Internal Information System
