Ethical Channel
Through this link, as a user of the Channel, you can report unethical or illegal conduct or conduct that violates internal company policies. This system operates as a communication channel that ensures NO retaliation against its use, all in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
Through this channel you will be able to report either confidentially, indicating your name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously. All enquiries are handled confidentially and securely. In addition, you will also have the option to communicate in written or oral form (the latter with voice distortion).
HR-related issues:
HR related issues that are not related to what can be pursued through this channel (e.g. issues related to the whistleblower's working conditions and/or interpersonal conflicts), cannot be reported in this system, but must be discussed with your manager and/or HR Director.
From this page, you will be able to keep track of your reports. Why is this relevant?
1) So that you can find out the status of your report and check if action is being taken.
2) In case you want to provide additional information to your report or new facts.
3) In case the system managers ask you for additional information that may help them to investigate/resolve the reported case.
