OUR WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTING SYSTEM

Our Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency, trust, and high standards of business ethics in all our daily operations. We prioritize the safety and reputation of anyone affected by our activities. We have developed a Confidential Reporting System to ensure legal compliance (under law 4990/2022) and encourage a safe reporting environment. This system allows interested parties to express their concerns and submit complaints related to our Foundation's serious issues confidentially and securely.

Who can report "Eligible Persons"?

"Our Foundation has a Whistleblowing System in place that can only be used by individuals who have a direct relationship with our organization. This includes active and departing employees, management members, Board of Directors, suppliers, consultants, and all other partners of our Foundation, along with their relatives. If you do not fall under any of these categories, you are not authorized to use our Whistleblowing System."

What you can report

This system, also known as the "Confidential Reporting System" or "Whistleblowing," offers you a way to report any suspicion or knowledge of illegal, unethical, or irregular behavior. This may include instances involving bribery and corruption, misuse of funds, theft, fraud, embezzlement, breach of personal data security, serious environmental damage, conflict of interest, sexual harassment, or any other illegal or irregular situation you may encounter. You'll find all categories listed in the report submission form.

Our goal is to bring to light any issues or situations that we may not otherwise know about in a timely manner. This will enable us to address them for the benefit of all parties involved.

Named or Anonymous Reports

You have the option to report your concern either by providing your name and contact information or by remaining completely anonymous. Please note that your report will be kept confidential in either case.

You can find more information about the framework of our system by checking out the "Whistleblowing Policy" section on the menu. Additionally, you can learn about the processing of personal data in the whistleblower system by visiting the "Privacy Policy" section.

Issues related to our staff

If you are an employee of our Foundation and have concerns regarding your salary, career growth, employment contract, or any other issue that is related to your job, please note that you need to discuss them with your immediate supervisor, manager, or the Human Resources Department. Please be informed that you can report any other matter that falls within the purview of law 4990/2022 as an employee of the Foundation.
