This system operates as a communication channel that ensures NO retaliation against its use, all in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
Through this channel you will be able to report either confidentially, indicating your name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously. All enquiries are handled confidentially and securely. In addition, you will also have the option to communicate in written or oral form (the latter with voice distortion).

HR-related issues that are not related to what can be pursued through this channel (e.g. issues related to the whistleblower's working conditions and/or interpersonal conflicts), cannot be reported in this system, but must be discussed with your manager and/or HR Director.
