Leapwork Whistleblower Channel
Introduction
Leapwork Group is committed to promoting ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of its operations. To support this commitment we established this Whistleblower Policy (“Policy”) to provide confidential and secure means for employees, stakeholders, and others to report concerns about unethical or illegal activities without fear of retaliation.
Scope
As an employee, former employee, applicant, supplier and subcontractor you can can submit a report through this page for any unethical or illegal behavior that may be consisted of: - Serious violations or potential serious violations of existing laws concerning financial crime including but not limited to embezzlement, bribery, corruption, theft, violation of competition laws, fraud and forgery as well as any support to third party regarding such behaviour
- serious breaches of work safety
- serious concerns about discrimination, violence and harassment
- serious breaches of environmental regulations.
Reporting
Reports to this channel can channel should be made electronically, either:- orally, or
- by completing and sending an online reporting form.
Once you submit a report, you will receive a confirmation receipt and a passport that enables you to access and follow up on your case.
Anonymity
You can choose to file a report either (i) anonymously, or (ii)confidentially by disclosing your personal details.
To ensure your anonymity, we suggest you to take the following measures:
- If possible, do not report from a PC provided by Leapwork
- Do not use a PC that is connected to Leapwork's network/intranet.
- Access the reporting system directly by writing the URL address in an internet browser.
- Do not write your own personal details.
- In case you enclose documents to the report, ensure you have removed the metadata from them
How we deal with reports
All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated by an independent and impartial party. You will be kept informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation to the extent possible, given legal and privacy constraints.
Leapwork's Legal Department handles the impartial administration of the channel.
Feedback to you
We will give you feedback on your report as soon as possible and no later than 3 (three) months from confirmation of receipt. If Leapwork has not determined yet the appropriate follow-up within three months, you will be informed accordingly, including whether you can expect further feedback.No retaliation
Retaliation against, harassment of, or other adverse action against you because you reported a suspected violation of assisted in an investigation is prohibited. Any instances of retaliation should be reported as a violation as defined in this Policy. Examples of prohibited retaliation include:- Suspension, lay-off, dismissal, or equivalent measures
- Coercion, intimidation, or discrimination
- Negative performance assessment or employment reference
- Early termination or cancellation of contracts for goods or services
Confidentiality
Leapwork's employees assisting with administration of the whistleblower channel are subject to a duty of confidentiality with regards to the information included in reports to the channel.Processing of personal dataAll reports shall be kept strictly confidential according to our
Privacy Policy.
External whistleblower schemeYou can choose whether you wish to submit your report to Leapwork's internal whistleblower channel or to a relevant external whistleblower scheme, or both.
