DM wants to be a responsible company and a safe and secure workplace. Therefore, we encourage you to report if you have knowledge or suspicion of circumstances that would otherwise not come to light. For example, you may not feel that you can go to your immediate manager, director, HR or your usual contact person at DM.
You can report anonymously. When you report anonymously, we ask you to be extra thorough with the description of the relationship and give us the opportunity to ask follow-up questions by providing you with a login for later.

All enquiries are treated confidentially, and information about your identity is protected.
Once you have submitted the report, it will be received by lawyers from Horten Advokatpartnerselskab, who, in collaboration with representatives from DM, will review and assess whether it should be investigated as part of DM's whistleblower scheme.

You are encouraged to use DM's Whistleblower Programme if the issue can be effectively addressed internally and you believe you are not at risk of retaliation.
