WELCOME TO OUR INTERNAL REPORTING CHANNEL
This Internal Reporting Channel is available to employees, suppliers, service providers and other stakeholders of Oceanário de Lisboa, S.A. to submit reports of infractions and guarantees the anonymity/confidentiality of complainants, as well as commitment to investigating their allegations.
In addition to submitting the report safely, you can also follow the process of previously made reports.
We recommend that the whistleblower presents clear evidence of their suspicions, even if optional. All information indicated must assume good faith.
The following are considered an infraction:
a) The act or omission contrary to rules contained in European Union acts referred to in the annex to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, national standards that implement, transpose or comply with such acts or any other norms contained in legislative acts implementing or transposing them, including those that provide for crimes or administrative offenses, relating to the areas of:
b) The act or mission contrary to and harmful to the financial interests of the European Union referred to in article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), as specified in the European Union's regulatory measures;
c) The act or omission contrary to the rules of the internal market referred to in paragraph 2 of article 26 of the TFEU, including the rules of competition and state aid, as well as the rules of corporate taxation;
d) Violent crime, especially violent and highly organized, as well as the crimes provided for in paragraph 1 of article 1 of Law no. 5/2002 of January 11, which establishes measures to combat organized economic and financial crime;
e) The act or omission that contradicts the purpose of the rules or standards covered by subparagraphs a) to c).
In the areas of national defense and security, only an act or omission contrary to the contracting rules contained in the European Union acts referred to in part I.A of the annex to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council is considered an infraction, or that goes against the purposes of these rules.
This channel can also be used to report situations regarding Workers' Rights within the scope of the Labor Code, related to ethics and conduct.
