In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory and anti-corruption violations, MONEI has an Internal Information System (hereinafter, “SII”) in which this Complaints Channel is integrated, as a preferred channel for the communication of possible serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses committed in a work or professional context.
The MONEI SII is managed internally, independently, in accordance with the general principles set out in our SII Policy. These principles include security, confidentiality, proportionality, objectivity, respect for the guarantees of the parties involved and the applicable regulations, as well as the need for the informant to act in good faith and with an honest awareness that serious and harmful events have occurred or may occur.
If you want to report through this internal channel any possible violation of those provided for in the aforementioned Law 2/2023 or other conduct as provided for in section 2 of our SII Policy, click on “Create a new communication”. This communication will be processed in accordance with the Procedure for the management and processing of information received on the MONEI Internal Information Channel, which is attached as Annex I of the SII Policy.
We remind you that, without prejudice to being able to use this internal channel to carry out your communication, you can also access for these purposes the external information channels established by the Public Administrations, which are referred to in the aforementioned Law 2/2023 and in the MONEI SII Policy.
