Management of reports

Warning: Do not use this page for complaints, communications, suggestions on services of a commercial nature.

To receive and manage reports, Armani Hotel Milano has implemented this dedicated platform, which is the preferred channel for sending reports.

Some useful information for the whistleblower:

1. What to report

Reports must relate to facts of which you are aware and of which you have reasonable grounds to believe that they are true.

Reports must be made in sufficient time to allow the facts to be verified.

Clearly unsubstantiated reports, information that is already in the public domain, or information obtained on the basis of indiscretions or rumours that are not very reliable cannot be reported. Reports on this type of information will not be considered.

2. Who can report

employees, self-employed workers, holders of a collaboration relationship, persons with administrative, managerial, supervisory, control or representative functions (even if such functions are exercised de facto), volunteers and trainees, including unpaid ones, who work for Armani Hotel Milano;
employees or collaborators working for entities that provide goods or services or perform works for Armani Hotel Milano.

3. When reporting can be done

in the course of the judicial relationship;
when the judicial relationship has not yet commenced, if information about infringements was acquired during the selection procedure or other pre-contractual stages;
during the probationary period;
after the termination of the judicial relationship, if the information on infringements was acquired during the course of the legal relationship.

4. Use of the platform

Through this platform it is possible:

to send a report;
to edit or update a report submitted;
to consult the status of a report sent;
to receive feedback on the outcome of the checks carried out in relation to the report.

Note. If the whistleblower does not provide identification and contact details, the report will be considered anonymous and therefore not covered by the whistleblowing legislation. However, Armani Hotel Milano will treat the report in the same way as an ordinary report, recording and storing it on this platform (with all relevant documentation attached) in order to guarantee the protection of the legislation to the whistleblower who subsequently identifies himself/herself and has informed ANAC that he/she has suffered retaliation as a result of the report.

5. Protection of the whistleblower

A whistleblower who makes a report that complies with the legal requirements enjoys the protection provided by law (i.e. the Legislative Decree 24/2023). These protections include: confidentiality of his/her identity, protection from retaliation and limitation of liability for disclosing information covered by official, professional, scientific or industrial secrecy. Armani Hotel Milano undertakes to ensure the full protection of the whistleblower, prohibiting any form of retaliation or discrimination against him/her. The persons involved in the handling of reports must keep the existence and content of the report confidential.

6. Possibility of external reporting
If:

internal reporting channels are not active;
you have already made an internal report which has not been followed up;
you have reasonable grounds to believe that if you make an internal report it will not be effectively followed up or that you may suffer retaliation;
you have reasonable grounds to believe that the breach constitutes an imminent or obvious danger to the public interest

Note. The management of the report will be entrusted to Dr Daniele Vastolo - General Manager of Armani Hotel Milano, who may, depending on the report, call on the assistance of other persons specifically authorised by the Company. If the report concerns him, or if at least one of the conditions mentioned in point 6 ("Possibility of external report") is met, the reporting party may submit a report directly to ANAC by clicking on the link above.
