At CUNEF, we are committed to complying with both current legislation and the internal regulations of CUNEF Universidad, which is why we have enabled this reporting channel to facilitate whistleblowing in cases of possible offences, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
Informants may report the facts confidentially, including their name and contact details, or anonymously. If they choose to remain anonymous, the system will generate a reference number that will be used to view and monitor the status of the case.
The report must detail and describe the facts leading to a well-founded suspicion of unlawful conduct, as well as the details of the persons or entities involved.
Within a maximum of seven days after reporting the facts, the informant will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt. The complaint will be processed by a collegiate body composed of 5 members, appointed by the Governing Council, according to the protocol approved by the Board of Directors.
We want to emphasise that this channel is not for administrative complaints, suggestions or appeals; please use the Suggestions Box enabled for this purpose.
Your personal data will be processed by Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros, S.L. (CUNEF) to process your complaint and, where appropriate, investigate the facts reported. You may access, rectify and erase the data, and exercise the rest of your rights, as explained in the additional information on the processing of your personal data contained in this link (Appendix 1 - personal data processing in the internal whistleblowing system).
The content of your complaint is confidential and will only be accessed by authorised persons. If it is not anonymous, your identity will be kept confidential and will not be revealed, under any circumstances, to the accused.
We inform you that you can also report the facts to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or the competent EU institutions, bodies and agencies.
