Employees, contracted workers, and external parties (suppliers, partners, etc.) can submit reports through this whistleblowing channel. As an employee or contracted worker, you can also report concerns to your immediate supervisor, their superior, or the company's safety representative.
While the whistleblowing channel allows for anonymous reporting, we strongly recommend that you consider providing your name and contact details. This information will facilitate the follow-up process and our company's ability to address the reported issue effectively.
All reports submitted through this whistleblowing channel will be handled in strict accordance with our company's established procedures.
As the administrator of this channel, the law firm Wiersholm AS will conduct an initial assessment of the report's content, including an assessment of whether it qualifies as a legally defined whistleblowing report, and will provide recommendations to Morrow Bank ASA for subsequent actions. If you choose to maintain your anonymity, please be aware that you will need to log in and monitor responses in the whistleblowing channel, as Wiersholm will not be able to contact you directly.
