Stayer Ethical Channel Group

The Ethics Channel is made available to informants who work in the private or public sector and who have obtained information about breaches in a work or professional context, in the terms provided for in article 3 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory violations and offenses against corruption.

Anonymous reporting of serious matters

Through this page, you can submit information about reprehensible issues or report actions that are unethical, illegal, or that violate internal policies. This system must be used to bring to light issues that would not have come to light otherwise.

You can report confidentially by entering your name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously.

All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely.

HR issues

Issues related to human resources cannot be reported in this system, but must be discussed with the manager in charge, the director or human resources.

From this page, you can make a new secure report or follow up on an existing report.

Monitoring your reports can be relevant for a number of reasons:

1) You want to see the status of your report to see if action is being taken.

2) You want to provide additional information to your report.

3) System administrators asked you to provide additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.

This channel is not enabled for the management and processing of possible complaints or complaints from customers and/or consumers.
