This channel is available for you to report suspicion or knowledge of illegal, unethical or irregular conduct such as but not limited to Fraud, Theft, any kind of Harassment or other issues that you deem necessary for us to act on.

Who can file a report?
Any employee or anyone of our stakeholder can report through this channel.

What can I report? 
You can report information on any kind of misconduct such as Fraud, Theft, any kind of Harassment or other issues that you deem necessary for us to act on.

Concerns must be raised in good faith. This channel may not be used to raise any concerns containing information that the whistleblower knows is wrong.

What not to report?
General issues related to daily work and employment such as general dissatisfaction with the supervisors or the company, schedule, compensation, etc. should be discussed directly with your supervisor or the HR department.

How can I report?
You can report through this channel. It is your choice to report keeping your identity known only to the receiving committee or to keep your full anonymity. If you report an issue affecting yourself directly and still want to keep anonymity, please make sure the information and document given do not reveal your
identity.

    - Create a new and secure report
    - Follow up to check if action has been taken
    - Add information if needed

What happens to my report?
The report will be accessed by our 5 members committee covering key functions of the business. You will receive an answer within the following 7 business days. If needed, we might ask you for more information but we will be able to communicate while keeping your identity anonymous.

Am I protected as a whistleblower?
First of all, we thank you for reporting misconduct affecting the company and we will ensure that you are protected from retaliation during and after the investigation. In addition, all information pertaining to a complaint or investigation will be maintained in secured files.
