The implementation of this whistleblowing channel aims to allow the reporting, by employees and third parties, of any situations that violate the rules on which the superior values and principles that shape Business Ethics are based, namely those that are embodied in respect for the legal order and legality, respect - in all its breadth - for people and human dignity,  and also in the intransigent fight against corruption and any practices perceived as inappropriate or unethical.


In order to facilitate the whistleblowing procedure, this Channel allows the receipt of information in anonymous mode or, alternatively, containing the identification of the whistleblower, and is implemented in accordance with the requirements provided for in Law No. 93/2021, of December 20, which establishes the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, terms in which Asseco PST guarantees the whistleblower the same level of protection in any of the reported areas,  also ensuring that there is no retaliation of any kind or nature against the whistleblower.


The process of submitting a complaint through this Channel implies the creation, automatically by the system itself, of a password, to which only the whistleblower will have access, which must be kept safe so that he can access and follow the subsequent terms of the process generated by the submission of the complaint. We emphasize that in case of loss or forgetfulness, the password cannot be recovered or reset, in which case the whistleblower will no longer be able to access his report. 


To subsequently send and receive communications about your reporting process, you must log in by selecting "Track existing report", and entering your password.
