Assemblin Caverion Group is committed to conducting business with fairness and integrity. We are further committed to foster a culture of integrity and openness. We encourage and urge all employees, and external parties, to report any concerns or suspected violations of our policies or law connected to the business of Assemblin Caverion Group, using the appropriate reporting channels.
Assemblin Caverion Group has a Speak Up channel provided by an external partner that both our employees and other stakeholders can use to report a concern either in their own name or anonymously. Notifications are always free of cost for the notifying person. We take all reports about compliance and ethical matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.
All compliance concerns and reports are taken seriously and they will be treated in a sensitive manner and confidentially.
Investigations related to breaches are carried out in an objective and unbiased manner respecting the principle of equality. Assemblin Caverion Group does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who make reports or disclosures in good faith. However, making intentionally false accusations is prohibited and can lead to disciplinary actions.
Please note that the ethical reporting channel is not the right channel to report:
- events presenting an immediate threat to life or property
- routine employment matters or complaints related to your terms of employment
- commercial complaints or inquiries
How to submit a report?Use the button below to enter the reporting form through which you can leave your report either in writing or as a voice message. After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique password. Copy or download your password and keep it in a safe place. Use your password to check your report for feedback or questions. If the password is lost it cannot be recovered.
