HR related matters should not be reported on this Portal, but should instead be discussed with the immediate manager, director or HR. For complaints regarding any general issues, concerns, or feedback related to our products, services, or interactions, please do not use this Portal and instead send an email to general.complaints.channel@eu.bluestarinc.com.

Reporting a Concern or Following Up on a Report

If you have information about any wrongdoing, misconduct, or ethical concerns, we encourage you to use this portal to submit a new secure report. You can also follow up on an existing report, which is important for numerous reasons:

• To see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
• To provide additional information to your report.
• To reply to requests for additional information to help resolve the issue or take the appropriate action.
