Whistleblowing channel of the Spanish Basketball Federation


Through this communication channel, employees and third parties can send to the Compliance Officers of the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) the facts of which, in a work or professional context, they have become aware of and constitute a violation of the law and/or a serious violation of the Governance Regulations and other internal regulations of the FEB Criminal Risk Management System.


Internal complaints must always be made in good faith, with scrupulous respect for the truth. You can report confidentially by entering your name and contact information or, if desired, completely anonymously. All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely.

Monitoring reports can be relevant for a number of reasons:

1) To know the processing status of the report.

2) To provide additional information or evidence to the report.

3) So that system administrators can request additional information from the informant to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.

Labor disputes cannot be reported in this system, but must first be reported to the Department Director and, if a solution or agreement has not been reached in this way, to Human Resources
