The channel is available to employees, collaborators, trainees, administrators, consultants and suppliers.
It is possible to report behavior, acts or omissions - based on precise and consistent elements or on reasonable suspicions - that constitute:
- Violations of national or European Union regulations;
- Civil, administrative, criminal or accounting offenses;
- Violations of the Code of Ethics, of the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 or of internal business procedures and policies.
What's not included in Whistleblowing reports:
This tool is not intended for personal grievances, individual disputes related to the employment relationship, compensation claims or disputes with colleagues and hierarchical superiors. For these aspects, please refer to your manager or to the Human Resources function.
Confidentiality, Anonymity and Protection
- How to send: You can choose to make the report confidentially (indicating your personal data) or completely anonymously.
- Data protection: The system guarantees end-to-end encryption and prevents the traceability of the access or identity of the whistleblower, in full compliance with the GDPR.
- Prohibition of retaliation: C.S.O. guarantees maximum protection to those who make a report in good faith: there is an express prohibition of any act of retaliation, discrimination or penalization, direct or indirect, against the whistleblower.
What you can do from this page
Through this portal you can:
- Send a new report: by filling out the guided questionnaire and attaching any supporting documentation.
- Monitor a report already sent: by accessing it through the unique code generated when it was sent.
Why it's important to monitor your report:
- Receive feedback: verify the management (within 7 days of receipt) and the follow-up given to the report (within 3 months).
- Provide integrations: add documents or additional clarifications even after submission.
- Respond to requests from the Manager: interact safely with the subjects in charge of the investigation, if further details are necessary to proceed with the appropriate checks.
Main advantages of this version
- Compliance and rigor: Align the terminology with the standard terminology required by Legislative Decree 24/2023 and by the ANAC practice.
- Trust and protection: Explicitating anti-retaliation guarantees encourages genuine reports and reduces mistrust.
- Clarity on the timing: The implicit reference to the terms of the law (7 days for receipt, 3 months for feedback) reassures the user of the timeliness and seriousness of the management.
