All communications received will be analyzed in detail and it will be guaranteed that there are no reprisals of any kind against those who carry them out in good faith, respecting at all times the rights of the people who contact us. False or malicious complaints may result in the corresponding sanctions, without prejudice to the civil or even criminal liabilities that may result according to current legislation.
The management of communications will be governed by the provisions of current regulations, in the aforementioned policy, in the Information Management Procedure and in the corresponding privacy policy.
