What is a whistleblowing channel?It is a channel for communicating possible irregularities or facts that may constitute a crime, as well as any violation of our
Code of Ethics.
Communications are always confidential. You can report by indicating your name and contact details or, if desired, anonymously.
All communications received will be analyzed in detail and it will be guaranteed that there are no reprisals of any kind against those who carry them out in good faith, with respect at all times for the rights of individuals.
Who can make use of this channel?
All of Gorlan's stakeholders: workers, customers, shareholders and partners,
funders, suppliers, government, civil society and training organizations.
What actions can be taken?
On this channel you can make a communication and then follow it up. This monitoring will allow:
• View the communication status to see what steps are being taken and within what time frames.
• Provide additional information.
• System administrators can request additional information to expand it and answer any questions.
What happens after I send the communication?
The Ethics Committee will report the receipt of the communication within 7 calendar days of its receipt.
Once the information provided has been analyzed, the Committee will be able to:
Admit it for processing and initiate an internal investigation file.
Admit it for processing and terminate the investigation when the content is irrelevant, the information lacks verisimilitude or is not sufficient to continue investigating.
• Dismiss it because there is no violation.
The maximum period for completing the investigation will be 3 months, except in cases of greater complexity, which may reach a maximum of 6 months.
