A.M.A. Grupo Whistleblower Channel
The complaints channel is a service that helps A.M.A. Grupo to prevent or detect conduct that is contrary to current regulations and to the principles and values that govern A.M.A. Grupo in carrying out its activities.
The reporting channel is one of the main sources of information and crime detection, a fundamental component of our Compliance Model. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement in processes, the complaints channel will allow A.M.A. Grupo to detect aspects to modify in our policies, procedures and protocols to prevent future malpractices.
The service is accessible to interested parties who have obtained information about violations in a work or professional context, including in any case employees, interns, suppliers, potential suppliers, former employees, potential employees or any others included in Article 3 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.
The complaints channel must be used to report facts related to conduct contrary to current regulations (actions that may constitute a crime or serious administrative offense, actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law, non-compliance with established internal policies and procedures) or to the Code of Ethics and Conduct of A.M.A. Grupo.
It should NOT be used as a mailbox for complaints, incidents or suggestions, this is not its purpose. As an example, possible facts that should not be reported through this medium are pointed out:
The complaints channel must be used to report facts related to conduct contrary to current regulations (actions that may constitute a crime or serious administrative offense, actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law, non-compliance with established internal policies and procedures) or to the Code of Ethics and Conduct of A.M.A. Grupo.

(1) Complaints or claims related to the working or contractual conditions applicable to each worker or group of workers, unless they may involve the commission of unethical or illegal conduct.
(2) Commercial complaints related to the provision of services by A.M.A. GRUPO, unless they involve a breach or regulatory violation.
(3) Mere rumors, gossip, comments or value judgments that are not related in any way to unethical or illegal behavior (example: personal opinions of workers, customers, suppliers, etc.).
Reports through this channel will always be confidential and may be anonymous.
