Ethical behaviour is key to our contracts and our relationships with customers and employees in all the geographies where we operate. Our companies apply the VINCI Code of Ethics and Conduct worldwide. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring full transparency in our own practices and those of our subcontractors.
We pay attention in order to identify and prevent corruption cases. We are aware of our duty of vigilance, which aims to prevent risks to human rights and fundamental freedoms and to the health and safety of people and the environment.
As part of the application of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, we have implemented a permanent system to collect and process confidentially and/or anonymously all alerts related to our activities, as well as those of our subcontractors or suppliers, in Portugal and abroad.
The alert shall be received and processed confidentially by the lawyers who are part of the VINCI Energies Portugal Compliance team (Teresa Oliveira, Alexandra Abreu Lopes and Margarida Rei) and who shall be responsible for the operation of this channel. If eventually one of the members of the mentioned team is targeted in your whistleblower complaint, you must prevent this member from receiving and monitoring it.
