Iberostar Group's complaints and regulatory compliance channel



The Iberostar Group makes it available to all its employees, customers and suppliers and/or anyone who works for or under its supervision, in its broadest sense, to communicate information and make inquiries about the breaches provided for in the General Policy of the Iberostar Group's Internal Information and Informant Defense System.


Through this channel, the confidential management of communications is guaranteed, however, the submission of information anonymously is allowed, except in the cases provided for by law. In any case, complaints must be made in good faith. False or malicious complaints may result in the corresponding sanctions, without prejudice to the civil or even criminal liabilities that may result according to current legislation.


The management of communications will be governed by the provisions of current regulations, in the aforementioned policy, in the Information Management Procedure and in the corresponding privacy policy.
