CETT whistleblowing channel


CETT has launched its complaints channel, in accordance with the new regulations (Law 2/2023, dated February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals reporting regulatory violations and the fight against corruption).

By establishing this avenue, we not only reaffirm our commitment to complying with current legislation but also aim to foster a genuine ethical culture and corporate integrity in our daily operations.

The CETT Corporate Compliance Committee is entrusted with addressing complaints regarding potential violations of the code of ethics through the ethics channel.

Anonymous reports of serious issues


Through this platform, you can submit information on reprehensible problems or report actions that are unethical, illegal, or in violation of internal policies. This system is designed to bring to light issues that may otherwise remain undisclosed.

You can choose to report confidentially by providing your name and contact information or, if preferred, submit the report entirely anonymously. All inquiries are treated with the utmost confidentiality and security.


This channel allows you to create a new secure report or follow up on an existing one. Monitoring your reports may be relevant for several reasons:

  2. You might want to add additional information to your initial report.
  3. System administrators may request additional information from you to aid in resolving the issue or taking appropriate action.

The CETT complaints channel serves as a transparency tool, enhancing the trust of individuals and stakeholders in the mechanisms available to the entity to ensure compliance with the law, as well as the principles and values outlined in the Code of Ethics, approved policies, and other internal regulations.
