This whistleblower tool has been set up for CANCOM SE and all its subsidiaries. This tool provides both internal and external parties with the opportunity to report violations of legal or internal requirements that have been identified or suspected in good faith to CANCOM's central Compliance Department.
The report can be made in text form or verbally as an audio recording with a distorted voice. It can be made anonymously or by providing your own contact information. All reports are treated confidentially. In the case of an anonymous report, we will not take any steps to reveal the anonymity of the reporter. The reporting tool is technically set up in such a way that it is not possible to trace the sender of an anonymous report.
In order to be able to follow up on any reports in the best possible way, it is also possible to communicate with an anonymous reporter via this tool. Responses from the compliance team (e.g. queries or information on measures taken) can be viewed under "Follow up on existing report". You can also submit further information to us there.
All inquiries are processed in compliance with data protection laws. Information on the processing of personal data in the whistleblower tool is available under the menu item "Privacy".
People reporting in good faith do not have to fear any negative consequences, such as dismissal or discrimination.
