We believe in ethics and legality. We therefore support and encourage anyone who wishes to report violations of national and European legislation, which harm the integrity and reputation of our company.

Reports can be made using this platform, which guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity through the use of secure protocols and encryption tools. Each report will be assigned a unique identification code that will allow you to verify at any time the “processing status” of the report and to receive communications.

On the “Procedure for managing reports” page you will find all the information about who can report, how to make the report, what can be reported, how the reports are managed and what are the guaranteed protection measures.

On the “Protection of personal data” page you will find all the information related to the processing of personal data that you will provide to us by making the report.

This platform also allows you to:

• make anonymous reports, but only if adequately detailed with all the details necessary to make it possible to ascertain the facts reported and the subjects to whom to attribute them;
• request a meeting. If so, you'll need to select 'Yes' to the question 'Do you want to request a meeting? ' and insert “I prefer not to reply” in the following mandatory fields.
