Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, and to the Policy present on the website maxmarafashiongroup.com/whistleblowing, here you will find the reporting line to be used.

Before starting a report with the button below, we invite the potential whistleblower to read the Policy present on the website maxmarafashiongroup.com/whistleblowing, as well as the objective and subjective conditions provided for in the "Scope" section.
Please note that the report cannot be anonymous .

Should the Whistleblower wish to report in person, through a meeting at our headquarters in Reggio Emilia - Italy, an e-mail should be sent to the following address HQWhistleblowing@mmfg.it to arrange a date for the meeting.

Matters not covered by this whistleblowing channel
Disputes, claims or requests linked to a personal interest of the Whistleblower, pertaining exclusively to the Whistleblower's individual employment relationship, cannot be reported through this channel.
Such matters, in addition to those not included in the subjective and objective scope of this reporting channel as indicated in the 'Scope' section, may be reported to the Corporate HRM Department via the following e-mail address HQHRM@mmfg.it, as per Articles 3 and 4 on the above-mentioned website.
