As required by D. lgs 24/2023, the internal reporting channel of Gamma Chimica SpA has been established.

The reporting channel can be used by internal and external personnel to report wrongdoings or claim to have a well-founded suspicion; the report can be reported in oral or written form.

The platform also allows anonymous reporting, but only if duly substantiated with all the necessary details to enable the verification of the reported facts and the subjects to which they are attributed.

Gamma Chimica SpA would like to point out that the platform guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter through the use of secure protocols and encryption tools.

On the page "How to make a report" you will find all the information related to the reporting, how to make the report, what can be reported, how the reports are managed and what are the protection measures guaranteed.

Gamma Chimica would like to remind employees that issues related to human resources or problems related to UNI pdr 125 Gender equality can not be reported through this system, but through the internal module of the Listening Point.

Within 7 days you will receive the acknowledgement of receipt of the report sent while within 3 months you will be provided with feedback to the report itself.
