Foreword

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes the EU Directive 2019/1937 (“WB Decree”), and the Procedure for managing reports on the Company's website, here you will find the reporting channel to use.

Before starting a report, we invite the potential whistleblower to read the above-mentioned Procedure on the Company's website, as well as the objective and subjective areas envisaged, as reported in the “Scope of Application” section.

If you wish to request an in-person meeting, this can be fixed with a request made by the Referrer through this channel or, alternatively, by sending a request by e-mail to the following address: gaia.guareschi@geodis.com
