EULEN GROUP WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

Through this Complaints Channel, the EULEN Group wants to provide interested parties with a communication system with their governing bodies, which serves as an instrument to report any conduct contrary to the principles established in the Code of Ethics or that may result in the commission of crimes or serious offenses in the administrative sphere.

The general principles and operation of this Channel are regulated in the Internal Information System and Complaints Channel Policy and in the development procedure. Among other aspects, compliance with the guiding principles of the legal system is guaranteed, such as the right to confidentiality and the duty of secrecy, the right to protection of the complainant and the absence of reprisals against notifications made in good faith, as well as the right to information, to defense, to the presumption of innocence and to honor of the interested parties.

In addition, the EULEN Group guarantees informants that complaints can be submitted in an identified or anonymous manner, applying the necessary technical and organizational measures. Regardless of how the communication is made, the informant is recommended to provide all the facts and evidence available for investigation and to follow up on the case to meet possible information requirements.

Communications must be made in accordance with the principle of good faith and in a responsible manner. Its use should be avoided for other purposes or inquiries, such as sending issues related to payroll, contractual inquiries, job search or business budget procedures.

The informant can expand the information in the “User Manual” tab, as well as consult the “Privacy Policy” and the “Code of Ethics” of the EULEN Group.
