The Reporting Channel is a platform which aims to comply with Law no. 93/2021, 20 December, transposing the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019. 


In this sense, we provide a means of communication of any breaches that occurred in the context of the Reporting Person’s professional/work-related activity or based on information obtained therein obtained. 


Therefore, in order to better understand the context of your report, we ask that you describe the facts as accurately as possible, indicating the date, nature, duration, circumstance, place, any witnesses and other information relevant to the report in question.


In all reports lawfully submitted, the necessary conditions of security, secrecy, confidentiality or anonymity are ensured, as well as the confidentiality of any third parties mentioned in the report and the prevention of access by unauthorized persons.


IMPORTANT:

Reporting a breach should not be confused with presenting a complaint.
