Bayerische Versorgungskammer Whistleblower Platform

Are you aware of legal or regulatory violations at the Bayerische Versorgungskammer that may lead to penalties and fines? 

In this case, we offer you this channel to report confidentially (anonymously if you wish) to Compliance Management team of the Bayerische Versorgungskammer. 

As an employee, participants, pensioners, members or business partner, tenant or other third party, you can submit information about well-founded suspicions, knowledge of actual or possible violations. You can also report unethical behavior or behavior that violates internal guidelines.

Confidential report

In this tool, you can create a new, secure report or follow up on your existing report. Reports can be made either with your contact details or anonymously. All inquiries or reports to the Compliance Management are treated as strictly confidential and secure. Secure means that all reports are transmitted in encrypted form and no metadata of whistleblowers is stored.

Your personal mailbox

Stay in contact with us even after you have reported. You will be provided with a password-protected mailbox for this purpose. We therefore ask whistleblowers to check their mailbox regularly. There you can view the status of your report and check whether measures have already been taken. In addition, you can add any further information to your report that you think of afterwards. In particular, Compliance Management can also request further information from you or ask questions that are necessary to resolve the case.

We take every report seriously and your report will processed systematically. We undertake to protect good faith whistleblowers from possible disadvantages. However, this does not apply to accusations made in bad faith, i.e. accusations that are clearly false or made with the aim of unjustly harming someone.
