Through this channel, you can report serious matters disclosing information about unethical, illegal, or otherwise improper practices within the IPC.

You can report confidentially, detailing name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously.
You can submit audio or written reports, and choose to distort your voice if you wish to report anonymously via the audio submission.

All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely.

Following up on your reports:
Click 'Follow up on an existing report' and enter your unique password.

You might wish to:
1) See the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
2) Provide additional information to your report.
3) The case manager has requested additional information from you to help them take the appropriate action.
