Integrity, compliance with laws, internal regulations and the principles of our Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Conduct for Business Partners have the highest priority at Lebensbaum. To ensure compliance with these values and to avoid or minimize potential risks from violations, it is crucial that misconduct is identified, clarified and remedied at an early stage. We rely on your willingness to point out possible irregularities and violations in the event of concrete suspicion.
You have the opportunity to use the whistleblower system to submit information on reasonable suspicions, knowledge of actual or possible violations of applicable law, and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to occur. In addition, you may report unethical conduct or conduct that violates internal policies.
Reports can be made either by providing your contact information or 100% anonymously. All reports, whether anonymous or not, will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and protection.
On this page, you can create a new secure report or follow up on an existing report. Following up on your report may be relevant for a number of reasons:
They can view the status of your report to see if action is being taken.
They can add additional information to the report.
The whistleblower has requested additional information from you that is necessary to resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
