Through this Whistleblower Channel, MSD complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations, so that persons included in the personal sphere of application of the aforementioned law can inform MSD of information about potential violations.

In any case, the Whistleblower Channel should not be used as a way to submit general complaints or share personal opinions that do not involve a well-founded suspicion of non-compliance with legal regulations or the Code of Conduct and/or internal policies of MSD.
