This channel has been created to provide a bidirectional means of communication between the Mutua and those who consider that they have information regarding its operation that could entail an alteration of legality or a violation of the code of ethics, general rules of professional conduct or an impact on the established protocol for prevention, detection and management in the event of a conflict of interest.

This means of communication guarantees that the information will be treated confidentially, ensures the investigation of the facts reported, allowing it to be carried out anonymously, and the adoption of appropriate measures to respond to the communication received.

It also guarantees the protection of the person making the communication so that they do not suffer any type of reprisal as a result of their actions.

With the implementation of this channel, we hope to continue improving, with your help, the day-to-day operation of the Mutual Society by avoiding any conduct that may be susceptible to legal or ethical censorship.

Once information has been sent through the channel, you can track your communication by being able to interact with the file instructor in an agile way and allowing him to:

1.- See the status of the file that has arisen after its communication

2.- Provide additional information to your report

3.- System administrators may interact with you and request, if necessary, additional information in order to resolve the problem or take appropriate preventive or corrective action
